Wichita Falls, TX, March 9, 2017 – Tranter Gulf Coast Service Center has recently received the distinction of ISO 9001:2008 certification. This is in direct correlation with the service center’s commitment to providing customers with the highest level of heat exchanger parts and service. In December of 2015, our Canadian Service Center in Edmonton, Alberta, was the first Tranter service center to receive their ISO 9001:2008 certification. With the additional ISO Certification of our Gulf Coast Service Center, Tranter is very proud to have two locations fully ISO 9001 certified.
The ISO 9001:2008 certification confirms that the Tranter Gulf Coast Service Center has met all the ISO standards and requirements for the company’s Quality Management System. Obtaining the ISO certification was a rigorous process that required months of preparation, reviews and audits. Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction are components of the ISO 9001:2008 certification process and align with Tranter’s commitment to provide world class heat exchanger service.
