SUPERMAX® configurations
The SUPERMAX® Shell & Plate Heat Exchanger is available in several
sizes. The units range from 14 sq. ft. to over 3000 sq. ft.
Standard SUPERMAX®
The Standard SUPERMAX® constitutes a welded pressure vessel of high integrity. The standard unit is not designed for access by mechanical means. Follow the CIP procedures for cleaning.
Removable Cover SUPERMAX®
The Removable Cover SUPERMAX® exchanger is fully accessible for shell side inspection and/or mechanical cleaning by removing the cover plate bundle. A full-face, flat-flange gasket is installed between the RFSO and the plate pack blunt flange.
