In applications where plate & frame heat exchangers sustain short gasket life, the SUPERMAX® Shell & Plate Heat Exchanger can often be a cost-effective alternative. These are typically high pressure/temperature applications, or those with aggressive media. In space-restricted locations, the SUPERMAX® should be considered as an effective alternative to shell & tube exchangers.

The SUPERMAX® is finding success in liquid/liquid, steam or vapor condensing and process fluid heating. Heating performance has proven to be highly accurate and controllable.

Multipass SUPERMAX® configurations are available to achieve LMTD process requirements or close temperature approaches.
