GW Semi Welded Plates

Semi-Welded plate heat exchangers are especially designed for use with ammonia and other media for which the number of gaskets should be minimized. These exchangers feature asymmetrical and symmetrical plates laser-welded together to form a sealed channel to ensure safe, reliable operation. The plate pattern is optimized for refrigerant applications to give high thermal efficiency even with asymmetrical flows.



The plate pairs are laser-welded together to form a sealed channel for ammonia and other fluids.



Specially designed, double ring gaskets are placed on either sideof the inlet and outlet ports, thereby creating a safe high-resistant seal around the ports.
