Job Summary:

Promote and sell the organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

Accountabilities:

  • Develops business plan and sales strategy for the specified parts & service market that ensures attainment of company objectives.
  • Assist in establishing a sales budget
  • Achieve Sales key metrics / objectives
  • Manage the development, engagement, and objectives of Sales Representatives in your region
  • Help drive the lean enterprise system in Sales processes
  • Follow HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) and related work instructions and assist implementation of HSE regulations and policies

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for sales representatives to ensure effective development of sales leads and prospects. 
  • Maintain service and support to existing key accounts.  
  • Pursue sales leads, develop new accounts, as well as visit existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance to the organization.
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.  
  • Respond to more complex customer inquiries.
  • Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets. 
  • Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business. 
  • Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands. 
  • Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and monitor and adapt sales activities so these objectives are met. Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives to achieve their sales targets.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. 
  • Provides feedback to senior management, production, marketing, and R&D regarding industry trends and outlook.
  • Maintains accurate records of all projects, pricings, sales, and activity reports.
  • Creates and conducts proposal presentations for sales representatives, customers, and prospects.
  • Expected travel up to 75%.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Competencies required:

  • Effectively communicate with internal and external business partners, both orally and in writing. English preferred (bi-lingual a plus).

Job Summary:

Responsible for the overall development, implementation and progress of strategic business targets.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop business development, sales, and marketing strategies in alignment of company objectives

  • This position is involved in managing and directing the work of respective business unit. 
  • Focused on policy and strategy implementation. 
  • Oversee a business development team which evaluates, analyses, and formulates strategies for business growth. 
  • Oversee the development of key projects and is accountable for the successful closure of business deals. 
  • Direct the planning and preparation of business proposals, and make recommendations to senior management. 
  • Establishes and maintains sales relationships with major accounts/customers.
  • Identify decision-makers at the client.
  • Understand strategic business challenges and priorities.
  • Where appropriate, recommend standards and set sales targets and quotas.
  • Negotiate letters of intent, memoranda of understanding, contracts and acquisition agreements.
  • Support account sales team and key account colleagues in the management of key client relationships and in the negotiation of contracts with key customers.
  • Coach account sales team on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.

Customer Service Specialist Experienced, Wichita Falls, TX

Job Summary:

Responds to customer inquiries via telephone or email to provide problem resolution in accordance with the Organization's service standards. 

Accountabilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the customer and Tranter, Inc. in communicating any expediting, shipping instructions, and inspection requirements.
  • Meet or exceed department key metrics
  • Actively participate in company meetings, suggesting better methods to handle current customer service processes and improve the use of company resources
  • Help drive the lean enterprise system in Customer Service processes
  • Follow HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) and related work instructions and assist implimentation of HSE regulations and policies

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receives and/or places telephone calls which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. 
  • Answer customer telephone, email, and/or fax inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints. 
  • Respond to customer inquiries where applicable or direct to sales representatives or technical/service areas to provide problem resolution in accordance with the Organization's service standards. 
  • Process new orders, issuing change orders to existing orders and expediting of orders when requested by the customer 
  • Review customer’s purchase order to verify customer’s requirements and take exception to the contract when applicable.
  • Maintain customer service order files in accordance with Tranter, Inc. SOP’s.
  • Timely communication with the customer regarding order status, production or shipping holds, drawing approvals, special requirements, etc.
  • Liaise with sales and technical staff to keep them up-to-date with customer needs.
  • Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the company's products and services. 
  • Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments.
  • Work with various teams such as Finance, Product Engineering, and Production Scheduling to distribute and follow customer orders as per the SOP.
  • Mailing / distribution of product drawings in accordance with customer’s requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Competencies required:

  • Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
  • Capability to respond quickly, decisively, assertively, and professionally to changing requirements in customers’ expectations, engineering requirements and other discrepancies created through the pre-production, production, and post-production processes
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external business partners, both orally and in writing. English required (bi-lingual a plus)

Education, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.  Bachelor degree a plus
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in Customer Service or related field
  • General Office Skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
